The IFWC – International Friction Welding Conference, organised by TWI, brought together professionals and international organisations involved in friction welding and advanced manufacturing technologies over the course of several days.

In this context, our technology partner LORTEK participated with a series of presentations focusing on advanced welding, new materials, and control and monitorng systems applied to these technologies. These projects are closely linked to those developed jointly with Berkoa, such as the SoldAvanza test bench and the patented BLSC 4.0 controller.

The collaboration between LORTEK and Berkoa continues to progress with the aim of further developing innovative solutions in the field of advanced welding, combining research, technology and real-world industrial application.

Such international events also provide a great opportunity to share knowledge and raise the profile of the joint work carried out in the field of advanced manufacturing technologies.
