- Removal system by aspiration for dust and grain generated.
- To avoid the electronic wear produced by the sulphur dioxide characteristic of grinding wheels manufacturing:
‣ Tropicalized Electronic (to resist high temperatures and humidity).
‣ Pressurized electrical cabinet as well as operator panel.
‣ Cooling of electrical cabinet through system isolated from the environment contaminated with sulphur dioxide. - All guide systems are special designed to avoid the entrance of abrasive grains generated during the machining.
- Lubrication by air-oil to generate “pressurized” effect and avoid the incoming of external agents.
